Pumpkin Creamer

Ingredients
1 can full fat coconut milk1/2 cup pureed pumpkin1/3 cup honey or maple syrup2 tsp pumpkin pie spice1/2 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp clove
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan, cook on low until everything gets hot and steamy. Strain through cheesecloth.
