White Chocolate Strawberry-Banana Muffins (low carb)

Ingredients
1 cup Almond Flour, Bob's Red Mill1 cup - Soy Flour, Bob's Red Mill2 tsp - Baking Powder 1/4 tsp - Salt 1/3 cup - Splenda1 tbsp - Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1/2 cup - Butter4 large eggs1 tbsp - Heavy Whipping Cream 1/4 cup - Water1.5 tbsp - Daisy Light Sour Cream 1/4 cup - Banana, mashed 1 cup - Strawberries, fresh sliced or diced1/2 cup - Hersey's Premium White Chocolate Chips
Directions
**Preheat oven to 350°F.**

1) Line muffin tin with muffin cups.
2) Mix all dry ingredients together well.
3) Add butter, eggs, whipping cream, water and sour cream and mix thoroughly.
4) Add mashed banana and mix thoroughly.
5) Stir in strawberries and white chocolate chips until thoroughly distributed.
6) Fill muffin tins about 1/2 to 2/3 full and bake for about 15 minutes.
