Whole Grain Wheat Free & Lowfat Banana Walnut Bread

Ingredients
Rice flour, brown, 1 cup Oat Flour, 1.25 cup Baking Soda, .5 tsp Salt, .5 tsp Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce, 0.33 cup Raw Sugar, .66 cup Egg, fresh, 1 extra large Banana, fresh, 2 large Walnuts, .5 cup, chopped Xantham Gum, 1 tsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.


Sift FLOUR, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA, SALT & CINNAMON.

Cream together SHORTENING OR APPLE SAUCE, SUGAR IN THE RAY & EGG. Beat until light & fluffy.

Add FLOUR MIXTURE mixture alternatively with MASHED BANANAS. A small amount at a time,
beating after each addition until smooth.

Stir in WALNUTS

Turn into a greased 9 x 5 inch loaf pan & bake at 350 degrees about 60 minutes.
