HCG P2 Mole Chicken Chili

Ingredients
1/2 large onion, diced2 cloves of garlic, minced1 lb ground chicken breast.5 tsp chipotle chile powder.5 tsp ancho chile powder.5 tsp ground cumin.5 tsp ground cinnamon1/4 tsp paprkia1/4 tsp ground cloves1 package grape tomatoes1/2 cup low fat, low sodium chicken broth1 tbs unsweetened cocoa powderHandfull cilantro
Directions
In a large stockpot on medium high heat, add ground chicken, onion and garlic and cook, breaking up chicken with a wooden spoon, until onion softens, 2-3 minutes

Add spices and cook until chicken is well browned, 5-7 minutes

Reduce heat to low and add cocoa powder and tomatoes and mash with wooden spoon to release juices

Add chicken broth and reduce heat to a low simmer for 30 minutes.

If desired, garnish with cilantro

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings with 4oz chicken each
