Meatless Soybean Chili

Ingredients
2 cups Morningstar Farms burger crumbles1 can stewed tomatoes1 can black soy beans1 can cornoniongreen peppersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Brown crumbles and diced onion in large pot. Add beans (undrained), tomatoes (undrained, cut into pieces), and corn (drained.) Add diced pepper. Bring to boil, then turn down to simmer for 3-4 hours to let flavors blend. Add salt/pepper to taste. Serve with low-fat sour cream and shredded low-fat cheese, if desired.
