Slow Cooker Mexican Beef and Bean Stew

*Beef - Stew Meat, 1.5 pounds 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour*Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 1 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped 15oz (about 1 can) pinto beansYellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 can 1 can campbells condensed beef consomme*Pace Chunky Salsa - 1 cup*Cumin (ground), 1 tspGarlic, 2 cloves (remove)
1) coat beef with flour. heat oil in skillet. add beef and cook until browned.
2) place beef, onion, beans, corn, consomme, salsa, chili powder, cumin, and garlic in a slow cooker.
3) cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-5 hours or until done.
