broccoli soup

Ingredients
2 broccoli heads3 Tbsp butterjuice of one lemonbasil, salt and pepper to tast1 bay leaf5 cups chicken broth1 med onion
Directions
cut up broccoli, cover with water, and juce from one lemon. Let stand 1 hr.
In large fry pan melt butter and cook choped onion for 3 minutes. than add cut up broccoli and seasoning,cook for 7 min. Then add flour while stiring cook 3 min. Then add rest of ingredients and cook for 30min. stiring occassionally. Then blend in food prossessor or use hand mixer.
