* *Lemon Juice - Fresh, 3 oz (remove) * Chicken stock, home-prepared, .25 cup (remove) * *Land O Lakes light butter with canola oil, .5 tbsp (remove) * *Flour, white, .15 cup (remove) * *Turkey Fillet, 2.5 serving (remove)
dredge turkey fillets in flour salt and pepper. brown in skillet (w. non stick cooking spray) 3 minutes on each side until cooked fully. Remove from pan to rest. add stock and lemon juice to pan and bring to simmer. take 1 tsp of flour and kneed into butter then drop in pan and melt. simmer 1-2 minutes until thickened. Add turkey back into pan to coat.
Serving Size: makes two servings. Two 4 oz fillets.
