Italian Sausage Frittata Low Calorie Low Fat

Ingredients
**Kroger Mozzarella Fat Free Shredded Cheese, 1 cup egg white, fresh, 4 large Egg, fresh, 2 large *New York Style Hot Italian Sausage (bulk 2.5oz), 3 serving *Bell Pepper - Red - 1 large (164 gram), 164 gram(s) *2% low fat milk, 0.75 cup
Directions
Pre heat oven to 450
~Brown and crumble sausage
~Dice pepper and saute until soft
~Mix eggs and cheese
~When the peppers and onion are done, turn off the heat and pour the egg mixture into the skillet. Sprinkle the sausage over the top and cook over medium-low heat for 5 minutes, or until almost set.
~Wrap the handle of the skillet with aluminum foil if it is not metal, and place the skillet in oven for 5 to 7 minutes or until the frittata is set.
~Let stand for 2 minutes before serving.
