Ingredients
Soy ChorizoCanned Diced PotatoesScambled EggShredded Cheddar CheeseLight Sour Cream
Directions
Cook Soyrizo in skillet over high heat until done, add drained canned potatoes and stir. Scramble eggs in a small bowl. Push ingredience to one side of pan and add eggs. Stir eggs until scrambled, mix all ingredience together. Heat tortillas as directed then fill with chorizo mix and cheese and sour cream if desired.
