Ingredients
18 oz Semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips (about 2.5 cups or a bag and a half)1 can sweetened condensed milk1/2 tsp orange zest (I use dried)1/2 tsp orange extract
Directions
Add water to the main dish of a double boiler and add insert. Make sure insert is totally 100% dry, the tiniest bit of moisture will ruin the chocolate. Heat double boiler over medium to medium high heat. (If you don't have a double boiler you can skip this part and prepare fudge in the microwave in a microwave safe dish.)

When the insert is dry and warm dump in all ingredients and stir constantly until chips are melted, 4 or 5 minutes. Pour into a 9x6 dish and let cool. (If you don't have a 9x6 dish you can use any small dish, I've used bread pans, bunt pans and square tupperware dishes)

I entered this fudge in a county fair and got the highest placement out of everyone competing in the candy category! I think the fudge is good, but you have to like dark chocolate. Milk chocolate lovers will think this is okay. It truly is seriously easy to make, and I love the orange flavor. - 8/10/12

Made it in the microwave (about 2 min!), using fresh orange zest....incredibly wonderful!!
My chocolate was a mix: milk chocolate (12 oz), baking choc(3 oz) and semi-sweet chips(3 oz) Just what I had on hand....came out delightful. DEFINITELY will do again! - 3/16/15

I love this. It is so satisfying when you just need that little pick-me-up. I cut it and put it in the freezer. It lasts longer when you eat it frozen. This is certainly on the must make again list! - 11/16/13
