Ingredients
* Flank Steak, 16 oz * Onions, raw, 1 medium * Salsa, 0.5 cup * Lemon Juice, 2 tbsp * Cilantro, raw, 2 tbsp * 2 Cloves Garlic, minced * 1 tsp Ground Cumin * 1/2 tsp Salt * 1 Small Green Bell Pepper, cut into strips
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients except bell peppers, in slow cooker. Cover; cook on LOW 5 to 6 hours. Add bell peppers. Cover; cook on LOW 1 hour.
2. Serve with flour tortillas and additional salsa, if desired.
