Curried Shrimp Fried Rice

Ingredients
1 tbsp coconut oil3/4 cup onion, chopped2 cups cooked rice400g raw, peeled shrimp1 tsp chicken bouillon paste (Better than Bouillon or use powder)1 tbsp curry powder (adjust for your taste)
Directions
Melt coconut oil in skillet

Add onions and cook until soft. Add shrimp and cook until no longer pink. Add rice and heat.

Add chicken bouillon and curry powder. Stir until mixed.
