Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
1 small bag green giant baby potatoes (red or white), sliced in half2 tbsp olive oil1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion saltPepper to taste1/4 cup shredded parmesan
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees

In a large bowl, mix potato halves, oil, garlic powder, onion salt and pepper. Stir. Throw in parmesan and stir until coated.

Transfer to a baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes then take out of oven and turn potatoes around. Bake 20 minutes more.

Let cool for at least 5 minutes as these are HOT!
