Quinoa with Cranberries and Almonds

Ingredients
Directions
1 cup Quinoa 4 cups water1 cup Dried Cranberries 1 cup Almonds (slivers or chopped)Vegetable boullion cubes to make 4 cups
Pour 4 cups of water into a pot
add enough vegetable boullion cubes for 4 cups (usually 2 cubes, but check directions)
Boil water and boullion mixture
Rinse quinoa is a mesh strainer
add quinoa to boiling water
Reduce heat to low and simmer 20 minutes
Stir occationally
add cranberries (after the 20 minutes simmer time)
Cook 5 additional minutes
turn off heat
add almonds
stir
Allow to set and serve hot or chill and serve cold (summer)
