Ingredients
2 cups onion, chopped3 cups frozen lima beans, without salt2 1/2 cups frozen corn, without salt1/4 cup margarine1 cup celery, diced1/2 - 3/4 cups water
Directions
Preheat oven proof skillet on med. heat. Add the margarine. Chop onion and celery, add to skillet. Cook for 5 minutes. Add lima beans and corn and cook for 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally. Add salt, pepper and 1/2 cup of water, stir to combine. Cover and cook for 20 minutes or until beans are tender. Add remaining 1/4 cup of water. Stir mixture. Hold in oven on warm setting until ready to serve.
