Peach Crisp - delicious, low cal and fast!

Ingredients
Brown Sugar, 1 TbspCinnamon, ground ginger, nutmeg, a dash of eachLemon Juice, approximately 1 wedge worth of juiceButter, salted, .5 patFage 0% Fat Greek Yogurt, 1/4 cupPeaches, fresh, 2 medium, slicedCereal - Go Lean Crunch, 1 Tbsp
Directions
Toss peaches with brown sugar, spices and lemon juice in small bowl.

Bring skillet to medium high. Add butter. Once butter has melted, add peaches in a flat layer. Cover and cook for 5 minutes. Uncover. Flip peaches to other side. Cook uncovered for 3-4 minutes. Using a spatula, gently toss peaches with sauce in pan.

Divide yogurt into 2 dishes. Spoon peaches over yogurt. Add tiny dollop of yogurt on top. Sprinkle each dish with 1 Tbsp of cereal. Serve and enjoy!
