1/8 tsp of ground ginger15 oz can of pumpkin puree2/3 cups wheat flour1 tbsp of salt1/2 cup sugar1/4 tsp all spice1/4 tsp nutmeg1 tsp cinnamon
Mix all ingedients well.
Use all spice, ginger, nutmeg, and cinnamon to taste.
Dollop approx 4 tbsp per cookie.
Bake 375 for 10-15 mins.
