Carrot Oatmeal Muffins (Splenda)

Ingredients
flourrolled oatsbaking powderbaking sodacinnamongrated / ground nutmegsaltwhole eggegg whitesSplenda brown sugar blendunsweetned applesaucecanola oilgrated orange peelvanilla extractshredded carrotsraisins
Directions
Combine: flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt

2nd bowl whisk: egg, whites, splenda - add applesauce, oil, orange peel, vanilla. Stirr in carrots and raisins

Add dry mixture to wet and hand mix thouroughly - spoon into sprayed muffin tins or use cupcake papers.

Bake 20-25 min in 350 degree oven.
