Easy Chicken Cordon Bleu

Ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts4 slices Provolone cheese4 thin slices ham ( I use the deli ham)¼ cup flour1 egg beaten1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs4 tablespoons butter
Directions
Pound chicken breasts to ¼ inch thickness. ( I do this by placing breasts in between pieces of wax paper) Sprinkle each piece with salt and pepper, salt only if wanted. Place one slice of cheese and one slice of ham on each breast. Roll up each breast using toothpicks to secure. Dredge each in flour, shake off excess, then in egg and finally in bread crumbs. Place seam side down in baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Place 1 tablespoon of butter on each piece of chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
