Ingredients
chickenall purpose flour oilsaltlettuce
Directions
Fry chicken ( small- medium sized pieces) and set aside or use leftovers
Make a chapati- see recipe below
spoon chicken and lettuce into chapati- add any sauce if desired.
Serve and enjoy a quick easy meal!

Chapati

mix all purpose flour,water,and a pinch of salt until dough is smooth but not hard to pull apart
use a rolling pin to roll dough into a thin circle- dust some additional flour on dough to make rolling easier
"cook" the chapati in a saute pan until golden browned
some brown spots on the chapati are common and signify
proper cooking
