2 long celery stalks (washes and cut into short stalks) *you can use more celery if you want! it is virtually calorie free6 thin strips of fresh carrot1.5 cups of sliced red bell pepper31 grams/ 11 Kashi TLC Pita Crisps Zesty Salsa 2 servings of Sabra Spinach and Artichoke Hummus*** Feel free to use any type of veggie(s) you desire they are low calorie and all natural.*** there are also other brands of the Kashi crackers/pita chips but Zesty Salsa is dairy free*** If you do not like spinach and artichoke hummus use a different flavor! there are many types! hummus is cholesterol free, creamy and smooth and packed with flavor!
Directions
wash and chop veggies into strips and arrange nicely on plate
along with serving of pita crisps and serve with hummus
