Italian Mini Meatloaves

Ingredients
1 lb. extra lean ground beef1 box Stove Top stuffing mix1 cup water12 Tbs. Pasta sauce1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F.

Mix ground beef and dry stuffing mix. Press into 12-cup muffin pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Press tops to make indent with a spoon. Add 1 Tbs to pasta sauce.

Bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese.

Serving Size: makes 6 servings, 2 mini loaves each
