Roasted Red Pepper & Tofu Sauce

Ingredients
12 ounces roasted red peppers1 container Mori-Nu Silken Lite Tofu, Firm1/4 cup shredded parmesan cheeseSalt, Pepper, Italian herbs to taste
Directions
Drain pepper. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve warm over pasta.
