crockpot pork shoulder carrots and potatoes

Ingredients
1.5lb pork shoulder3 large carrots cut in chunks4 potatoes (non cut)1/2 onion1/2 cup tomatoe sauce12 oz of water (more if desire)bk pepper to taste1 table spoon of garlic 1/2 table spoon of gingerpapikra 1 Tbspoonsalt1/2 spoon dry oregano3 chipotles
Directions
place pork shoulder on crockpot add water and tomatoe sauce, carrots, potatoes. mix all the spices and rub it on meat.

I let it cook all night . when is ready just use forks to shred and serve it on a bowl.
