mix all ingredients but meat untiol veggies in the soup have revived. Add meat and mix until just uniform. Shape in the form of a meatloaf, or use meatloaf pan and cook as directed.
Directions
cook at 350 until thermometer reaches at least 155 or center is no longer pink.
