Brown rice , mixed vegetables and ground beef

Ingredients
9 oz ground beef1 cup brown rice, whole grain2 T Flaxseed1/2 bag frozen mixed vegetables1/2 bag frozen seasoning mix (celery, onions and bell pepper) 2 T Worcestershire Sauce with one packet sweetner1 T Low salt Soy salt1 t garlic 1 cup frozen green beans 2 pkgs stevia plant sweetener
Directions
Brown the Ground Beef, drain. add the remaining ingredients except eggs with 2.5 cups water. Bring to a boil, for 5 mins. crack eggs and let float on top of mix. Cover , Reduce Heat to low.and simmer for 45 mins. Chop the egg with spoon before serving.
