Ricotta and oatmeal pancake

1/2 cup Milk1 tblsp oatmeal2 quail eggs1 dash of salt1 Splenda1 dash of cinnamonRicotta, one medium piece2 and 1/2 tblsp white flourMolasses
Lightly beat the eggs. add the ricotta (mash with a fork), milk, wheat flour, a pinch of salt, Splenda and oats. Heat a tablespoon of soybean oil in a shallow pan and add the mixture. Turn to cook the other side. Serve with cinnamon and 3 tablespoons of molasses. You can add fruit or yogurt, if desired.
