White Chicken Chili

4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)2-14oz cans chicken broth3-cans great northern beans3 T oil1 large onion, chopped small2 cloves garlic, chopped1 can chopped green chillies with liquid2 t cumin2 t oregano1/2 t cayenne pepper3 dashes Franks hot sauce (or other)
Season chicken with salt & pepper, or Emrill's Essence. Bake at 350 for 1/2 hour. Cut up chicken into bite sized pieces.
Saute the onions in oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add garlic and chopped green chilies. Saute for a couple of minutes.
Add the chicken broth, beans, herbs and spices to pot. Reduce heat and simmer for 1/2 hour or until bubbly.
