9 oz Chicken Breast uncook (chopped)1.5 cup Broccoli Slaw 1 cup Bean & Barley Mix1 cup Soycutash1 cup Frozen Spinach2 Garlic gloves6 cups of Chicken Broth Low Sodium6 cups water plain2 tsp salt2 tsp dry spices
Soak overnight the dry mix beans or boiled the beans for 30 minutes. Drain the water.
Place all ingredients including the cooked dry beans in pot.
Bring to boiled at high heat. Then lower the heat and cooked for two hours or until the dry beans are completely cooked.
Serving Size: Makes 12 1.5 cup servings
