Beef Curry

Ingredients
500gr stew beef2 tbsp flour2 tbsp olive oil1 medium onion chopped1 granny smith apple, peeled and diced2 tsp madras hot curry powder2 tsp chutney2 cup beef stock
Directions
Roll meat in flour to coat. Heat oil in a saucepan. Cook meat, onion and apple for 4-5 minutes. Add curry and seasonings, then add stock. Bring to a simmer and cook gently for 2 hours. Serve with boiled rice.
