3.5 c (1 bag) Bird Eye Steamfresh Asian Medley20 oz (1.25 lb) Chicken Breast, no skin, cooked2 c Mushrooms, fresh, pieces or slices 2 c Bok Choy, raw-shreaded1 c (1 small can) Water chestnuts (slices)3 Tbsp Szechuan Stir-Fry Sauce (House of Tsang)1 T chili oil2 clove Garlic, pressed
Directions
Fry vegetables, mushrooms, bok-choy, chicken & garlic in sauce and oil. Serve over rice (not included in calorie count).
