2 pounds thin sliced pork loin16 tbsp barbecue sauce
cover large baking dish with aluminum foil and spray bottom
and sides of pan with a nonstick cooking spray. place chops in
pan, may overlap each other slightly depending on size of pan.
pour aprox 1 tbsp barbecue sauce over each chop then cover
the entire dish with foil and seal all the edges. place in preheated 375 degree oven for 90 minutes. chops will be tender and delish. enjoy.
