Egg Ham Cups W/Spinach

Ingredients
4 eggs1 cup chopped spinach12 slices sliced ham1 cup shredded swiss cheesesalt and pepper to tastedash or two of Tabasco Saucegarlic, minced to taste
Directions
Spray muffin tin with Pam Spray
line each cup with 2 slices of ham
Beat eggs slightly, add garlic, salt and pepper
Add cheese and spinach.
Combine well and ladle into ham lined cups.
Bake @ 350* for 25 minutes
