Slow Cooker Cabbage and Smoked Turkey Sausage

1 medium cabbage1 14 oz. package Eckrich Smoked Turkey Sausage1 cup of sliced onions3 tsp. Orrington Chicken Soup Base1 cup water
Cut cabbage into large chunks and place in slow cooker. Cut smoked sausage into eight pieces and place on top of cabbage. Place sliced onions on top of sausage. Mix the water with the chicken soup base and pour over all.
Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours, or high for 4 - 6 hours or until cabbage reaches desired doneness.
