Beef Enchilada Cornbread

Ingredients
1 cup + 1 Tablespoon Cornmeal2/3 cup Milk1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Salt1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda1/2 cup Oil1 can Cream Corn(16 oz)1 Large Onion(chopped)1 cup Cheddar Cheese(shredded)4 Jalapeno Peppers(finely chopped)
Directions
Brown Ground Beef and set aside... Combine oil, milk, 1 cup cornmeal, eggs, salt, soda, & corn in a bowl... Sprinkle 1 Tablespoon of cornmeal in a greased 9X13" pan... Pour half the batter in the pan and sprinkle evenly with beef... Top with onion's, cheese, & jalapeno peppers... Pour remaining batter over the mixture... Bake @ 350* for 50 minutes or until brown...
