Beef, eye of round, thinly slicedSoup, chicken or beef broth, canned,reduced sodium, 0.5 cup Sauce, Pace Picante Sauce,Hollandaise Sauce or tartare sauce
Just heat the broth, dip the meat in the warm broth until it'scooked and eat with various sauces.
I make my own sauce by mixing mayo with home made french vinaigrette, adding chopped herbs (parsley, chives) and chopped sour pickles.
