Ingredients
Ingredients:Pork Tenderloin, 430 gramsOnions, raw, 1 smallChicken Broth, .5 cup (8 fl oz)Cranberries, .5 cup, wholeOlive Oil, 2 1tsp balsamic vinegar, 2 tablespoonMaple Syrup, 1 tbsp
Directions
Season cutlets w/ salt and pepper,
Brown in Olive Oil (about 3 min) then remove.
Brown Onion
Add Chicken Broth, Cranberries, Balsamic Vinegar, Maple Syrup. Bring to boil, cook for 3 to 5 min. Return Pork to pan and heat through.
