* All Purpose Flour, Pillsbury, 4 cup * Butter, unsalted, 14 tbsp * Granulated Sugar, 0.75 cup * Yeast - Active Dry (Hodgson Mill), 0.312 oz * Egg yoke, 1 serving * Natural Promise Whole Milk, 2 cup * Salt, 1 dash * Cardamom, ground, 0.5 tspDried cranberries, chopped nuts, vanilla powder as desired.Preheat butter in a cooking pan. leave the pan greased. Transfer all the ingredients to the bread machine except for the yoke. Use instructions for your bread machine. Typically, liquid ingredients go first, yeast goes last. Prepare dough and transfer it to a greased cooking pan. Brush with yoke. Bake till ready, 375F or 190C for 30 min or so.
