Spaghetti Squash with Goat Cheese, no Spaghetti

Ingredients
500 g spaghetti squash, cubed2 medium onions, chopped6 tbsp extra virgin olive oilCook on a low heat for about 35 min until tender. Mash. Add 1 cup of white wine, season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 5 min. Add 60 g of goat cheese.Cook 350 g spaghetti. Add 3 tbsp of water from spaghetti cooking to the squash mixture.Place squash mixture on top of cooked spaghetti.
