1.25 lb Ground Turkey (Lean)1 box Barilla Rotini1 jar Bertolli Vodka Sauce4 oz shredded mozzarella cheese (part-skim)1 tbsp Olive Oil1 tbsp balsamic vinegarBlack PepperGarlic Powder
Brown turkey in olive oil. add balsamic vinegar, pepper and garlic powder. Pour off excess fat and oil.
Boil water and cook pasta
Add sauce to turkey.
Put pasta into a 13x9x2 pan and add turkey and sauce.
Add shredded cheese to top and bake at 350 until cheese has melted.
