20 Oz Chicken Breast (Skinless)Fat Free Mozzerella Cheese1 egg30 grams of bread crumbs
Rinse off chicken, set aside.
Leave egg sit out for about 20 mins. Put egg into a dish and mix up. Put bread crumbs in another dish. Dip chicken breast into egg and then bread crumbs. Shake off access.Repeat until all are done. Spray pan with canola oil. Put into a 13x9 dish. Cover and cook for 20-25 mins. Add the cheese and cook for an additional 10 mins or until cheese turns golden brown.
