Veggie pizza

Ingredients
1 10 ounce package of frozen spinach, thawed.50 lb of extra lean ground beef (93%)2 ounces of mozzarella cheese.25 cup of shredded parmesan cheese1/2 a small onion1 small package of mushrooms1/2 a red bell pepper20 large black olives, sliced3 peices of precooked bacon (I used Kirkland/costco)Safeway has the premade Pizza dough (trader joes has it as well as Pillsbury has a pizza dough roll. The pillsbury is 180 calories per 5 servings, the dough in this recipe is 250 calories for 4 servings). Stretch it and put on a PAM sprayed cookie sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for about 5 minutes while browning the other ingredients below.Brown ground beef with onions, garlic, bell peppers, mushrooms and bacon, then add the frozen spinach (thawed) . Put all cooked ingredients on crust, add parmesan and mozzarella to the top, pop it back in the oven for 10-15 minutes until brown.
Directions
precook crust for about 5-7 minutes, then add cooked toppings and cheese and put back in oven until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes.
