Easy Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients
1 cup cooked cabbage or canned greens to make it easier4 tsp better than bouillon beef flavor4 cups water2 eggs1tbsp soy sauce or Braggs amino acid1/3 cup chopped onion
Directions
Boil 4 cups water, add better than bouillon, pre-cooked cabbage or greens and onion, and soy sauce. Crack eggs one at a time into boiling water and stir constantly with spoon while egg cooks into soup.

Serving Size: Two 2 cup servings or 4 1 cup servings
