Directions
Chopped, mash and/or dice all the veggies and the brisket to desired size/texture. Heat a fry pan, spray w/butter pam, add veggies/brisket - cook til browning starts to show.
Fry two eggs individually
Toast two slices of bread/butter lightly
Plate hash, add 1 egg on each with toast on the side - serve hot! :)
