Into a food processor, dump 4 c. cooked black beans, 1/2 c. cilantro leaves, 1 T salt, 1 t ground cumin, and 1/2 c. lime juice. Blend till smooth.Freezing half this recipe for later will ensure you have some yummy goodness on hand for when the munchies hit and you do not want to go after an unhealthy snack.
