* 2 Sazon packet * 2 tsp Lawry's seasoned salt * 2 tsp Adobo * 2 tsp Pepper, black * 6 Chicken Wing * *Flour, white, 1 cup (remove) * *Canola Oil, 1 cup (remove)
Makes 6 fried chicken wings.
Preheat oil in a pot
Season chicken with all ingredients except oil and flour.
Dip chicken in flour.
Drop in pot and cook each side about 15 minutes.
Serve with rice, potatoe (mashed, baked, au gratin etc), or vegetables.
