Ingredients
Flour, sugar, soymilk, condensed milk, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, cocoa powder (unsweetened), vanilla extract, allspice, butter
Directions
1.Boil a pot of water.
2.Make dumplings:
add flour and other dry ingredients in a bowl. cut in butter and add soy milk slowly and knead dough. Roll out dough into small dumplings.
3.Add cocoa powder and dumplings to the water.
4.Simmer 10 mins, then add condensed milks and sugars, etc.
5. add flour to thickenm chocolate sauce
6. cook until dumplings are tender
