Ingredients
White Corn Meal, 1 cup All-Purpose White Flour, 1 cup Sugar, .25 cupBaking Powder, 2 tsp Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 1 cup Salt, 1 tsp (remove)Granulated Sugar, .25 cupOlive Oil, .25 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients. In separate bowl beat egg and mix in the remaining wet ingredients. Add other wet ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix until smooth. Pour into muffin pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes approximately 9 muffins. 2 servings per muffin.
