pumpkin muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2c flour1 tsp baking powder1 c pumpkin- I added a little more1/3 c applesauce2 eggs1 tsp pumpkin pie spice1 1/4 c sugar1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salttopping if wanted1 Tbsp sugar1 tsp cinammon
Directions
mix all wet ingredients together then slowly add flour and baking powder. Can add cinnamon and sugar mixture as topping if wanted. Cook at 350 for 25-30 minutes
